Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily non-clinical operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily non-clinical operations of the dental practice, including patient satisfaction, team selection, performance, development, and other business-related functions.
- Provide exceptional patient service, demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs.
- Supervise non-clinical employees of the dental practice.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in a Dental Office Manager role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to solve common problems and provide immediate solutions.
- Ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office-related products.
- Strong working knowledge of Dentrix, expert level preferred.
