Administrative Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue a high volume of purchase orders, work orders, and process related invoices.
- Familiarity with Nexus purchase orders and GL coding is beneficial.
- Respond to vendor and tenant inquiries, place service calls, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in preparing bid documents, requesting bids, and analyzing bid responses.
- Generate maintenance letters, bids, and form letters.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.50 Hourly.
This is a salaried position with a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
