Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and defining and implementing scalable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in technology sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and closing small and mid-size companies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering value.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous and conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the logistics industry, especially in warehouse operations, is a plus.
