Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and leadership.
  • Represent Burrell Behavioral Health with professionalism and respect.
  • Manage scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments.
  • Accurately complete client intake documentation.
  • Process client payments for services rendered.
  • Collaborate with providers to manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Prepare daily deposit logs with precision.
  • Ensure proper scanning of documents into client files.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
