Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative I serves as the primary point of contact for AOB Products Company, engaging with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, web, and chat. A strong technical understanding is essential for troubleshooting and clarifying product-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Recommended Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Salesforce Service and Commerce Clouds
