Position Overview

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Michael Page, you will take charge of a dynamic and engaging role that presents daily challenges and opportunities for growth.   • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and generating leads within your designated market and area.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process from initial interviews to final offer stages and successful closure of sales.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both established and prospective.
  • Utilizing various online platforms to search, source, and screen potential candidates.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with clients to support their growth by crafting and delivering optimal solutions for attracting talent.
  • Conducting face-to-face interviews to thoroughly assess candidates.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior recruitment consultants within the office.
  • Participating in the proposal process by developing and presenting tailored proposals.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and rates of business.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, either on the client or candidate side.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and closing business.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools (such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • A positive mindset and a strong desire to succeed, thriving on challenges and consistently meeting targets.
  • A commitment to achieving meaningful results and advancing as a sales professional.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptability to thrive in new situations and think critically.
  • A coachable and curious nature, willing to implement feedback and pursue continuous self-improvement.
