Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for open positions, utilizing advanced behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Staffing Support: Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and requirements, and provide process overviews and realistic expectations to hiring managers.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Assist in developing and administering recruiting strategies to create talent pipelines and fulfill strategic recruitment and public relations activities.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports for the Human Resources Department and ensure compliance with all Company EEO, anti-discrimination, and anti-retaliation policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant, professional experience as a Recruiter in a corporate HR department or recruiting agency with an emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of proactive sourcing options, computer skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
