About the Role

Oracle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal Product Manager to join our AI Infrastructure Software Products team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering software products that power the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build market-informed product roadmaps and advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle.
  • Define and deliver on AI infra software initiatives, partnering with engineering as well as external vendors.
  • Partner with sales, program management, hardware and other product teams to identify and pursue new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including customers, industry experts, and internal teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing the product strategy and priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely across all functions of the organization.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or engineering.
  • 3+ years in AI or cloud infrastructure space, preferably with hands-on experience in AI software.
  • Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and multiple product lifecycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as executive presence.
  • Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level.
  • Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence with others to achieve results across matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. MBA or Master degree in a technical field preferred.
