About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our Lakehouse Monitoring product, a critical component of our Data and AI platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and deliver innovative product features
  • Work with senior leaders to build sales enablement and go-to-market strategies
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and refine the product roadmap
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of building, shipping, and iterating on multiple products
  • Naturally curious and truth-seeking with a customer-obsessed mindset
  • First principles thinker with the ability to innovate and break down complex problems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
What We Offer

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $109,500-$194,000 USD, and the total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
