We are seeking an Automation Control Specialist with extensive expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Drive programming across various manufacturers, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, GE, Schneider, and Bosch.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with experience in liaising with vendors and remote teams. Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Control General Procedures (CGP) documentation is essential. The role involves conducting factory and site acceptance tests and requires excellent communication skills. Experience in the installation and commissioning of PLC systems is a must. This position may require travel to offshore locations and could involve extended stays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and program PLCs for offshore operations
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs in field settings
- Collaborate with offshore teams to identify and resolve programming challenges
- Assist in training offshore personnel on PLC programming and maintenance
- Implement and maintain control system architecture for offshore projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming and control systems design
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, GE, Schneider, and Bosch PLCs
- Knowledge of HMI systems, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols
- Experience working with vendors and remote teams
- Proficient in SDLC and CGP documentation
- Ability to conduct factory and site acceptance tests
- Understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
- Proficient in English
- Experience in installation and commissioning of PLC systems
- Knowledge of data logging and processing
- BOSIET and CA-EBS OPITO training is advantageous

This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business requirements.
