Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with a positive shopping experience by offering exceptional service and ensuring a well-organized store environment.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, point of sale operations, and donations.
  • Assist the Store Manager in analyzing key performance indicators to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  • Supervise and support store employees, including scheduling, coaching, and development.
  • Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service and community relations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
