Guest Experience Representative

The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking highly skilled Guest Experience Representatives to serve as liaisons between our guests and The Heat Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with ticketing, catering, housekeeping, finance, and general arena operations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Document guest suggestions, complaints, and issues, using this feedback to improve our services and enhance the overall experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that benefit our guests.
  • Assist with check-in services, bag checks, and other prohibited items, ensuring that our guests have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Respond quickly to requests from guests, supervisors, and management, providing timely and friendly assistance.
Requirements:
  • Previous guest services experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, up to or beyond midnight, as needed.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
