Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with ticketing, catering, housekeeping, finance, and general arena operations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Document guest suggestions, complaints, and issues, using this feedback to improve our services and enhance the overall experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that benefit our guests.
- Assist with check-in services, bag checks, and other prohibited items, ensuring that our guests have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Respond quickly to requests from guests, supervisors, and management, providing timely and friendly assistance.
- Previous guest services experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, up to or beyond midnight, as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
