As a leading supplier of hair extensions to numerous salons nationwide, we are on the lookout for skilled individuals to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer accounts by monitoring and enhancing sales performance of individual salons within your designated territory.
  • Independently address and resolve any customer concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain and nurture existing accounts through the provision of incentives and promotional offers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and phone support for any inquiries or issues customers may encounter.
  • Provide exceptional assistance to our partnered distributors and their sales representatives.
  • Follow up on promising leads, generate sales reports, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client services role, ideally within the beauty sector.
  • Confidence and competence in leading client meetings.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Hair Extensions industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in a role with sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

A competitive base salary complemented by commission opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary is $50,000 annually, with additional commission based on meeting sales KPIs. You will manage a territory with sales exceeding $300,000, earning a 10% commission if KPIs are achieved.
