Position: Canine Resort Client Service Associate
Job Summary:
As a Canine Resort Client Service Associate at K9 Resorts of Cherry Hill, you will represent our brand. Your main objective is to deliver an exceptional experience to every client and their pet, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. You will embody our mission and values, guaranteeing that each interaction is memorable and positive.
Responsibilities of the Canine Resort Client Service Associate:
- Adhere to all operational guidelines as detailed in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual.
- Welcome all clients entering the facility.
- Conduct check-in/check-out and reservation processes using the POS system.
- Safeguard pets and ensure they are appropriately accommodated.
- Respond to phone inquiries.
- Provide facility tours to prospective clients as needed.
- Feed and administer medication to all dogs.
- Offer personalized play sessions for dogs upon request.
- Conduct body checks to identify any pre-existing conditions or injuries.
- Execute tasks as directed by management, including:
- Cleaning the lobby, boarding, and daycare areas.
- Supervising daycare activities.
- Bathing dogs.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Availability for some weekend and holiday shifts.
- Sales-oriented personality and comfort level.
- Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor.
