Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Management Specialist:

  • Assist the property manager with daily operational tasks
  • Ensure optimal property upkeep and resident satisfaction
  • Oversee vendor agreements and maintenance initiatives
  • Manage lease documentation and financial reporting duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management
  • Familiarity with tenant rental processes
  • Real estate license is preferred
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage priorities
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands
  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and walk extended distances
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision
