Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to drive our sales growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through networking and research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development with a demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of selling complex business solutions
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience using CRM software and sales management tools
