Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to drive our sales growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities through active outreach and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development with a demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of selling complex business solutions, preferably consulting or professional services
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience using CRM software and sales management tools
