Job Description

Spartronics LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities in the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device & Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including OEM Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align on business development strategies and ensure success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the EMS industry, including EMS-related certifications and ITAR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences and negotiate at the highest levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
