- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and administrators to enhance product awareness and drive adoption across your designated territory.
Success Factors:
Your effectiveness in this role will hinge on your technical acumen in Sports Medicine and your capacity to cultivate strong relationships with clients, enabling you to deliver reliable, data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to maximize revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving business growth by strategically managing your territory and engaging with customers to provide optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of direct sales experience, with 2-4 years in the medical device sector preferred.
- Proven success in selling technology or capital products to various stakeholders within healthcare settings.
- A track record of achieving sales quotas and converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
- Experience in mentoring and leading sales teams is advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel within your assigned territory, including 2-4 overnight stays per month based on geographic needs.
- Occasional national travel for conferences and events.
- Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing processes, including potential COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
