Senior Marketing Manager, B2B Strategy

The Corporate Marketing Senior Manager, B2B Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive Aeroflow Health's B2B growth, brand positioning, and market differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and refine B2B-focused brand strategies and messaging that resonate with payer partners and position Aeroflow Health as a leader in the healthcare space.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, SEO, and paid media channels, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and leading continuous improvement initiatives across channels.
- Storytelling with Data: Create compelling narratives using data to reinforce Aeroflow's value proposition and impact in the healthcare industry.
- PR and Media Relations: Oversee public relations efforts and collaborate with agencies to enhance brand visibility while managing communication and media relations.
- Corporate Website and SEO Management: Ensure the corporate website and SEO strategies align with business objectives, driving inbound leads and brand awareness.
- Employee Engagement & Event Planning: Organize internal employee engagement activities and manage corporate events, fostering a strong, cohesive workplace culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and business units to deliver tailored B2B marketing strategies that support overall business growth.
- 5-7+ years of experience in corporate marketing, with a strong focus on B2B healthcare or health plan marketing.
- Experience storytelling through data (HEDIS, STAR, CAHPS) to create compelling, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record in SEO management, paid advertising, and corporate brand marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional marketing teams and agencies to drive campaign execution and brand growth.
- Experience supporting sales teams with effective marketing strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and metrics to assess performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management of projects and campaigns.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Flexibility to travel to headquarters every two months and a preference for candidates located near a major airport.
