Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Phone Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate our vehicle sales process. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will make you a valuable member of our team. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, utilizing scripted dialogue, and inputting and managing call data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and typing
  • Familiarity with customer service principles

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound calls daily, with the ability to sit for extended periods
  2. Utilize scripted dialogue for both inbound and outbound calls to establish rapport and schedule sales appointments
  3. Input and manage call data using CRM software
  4. Track daily calls, emails, and appointments
  5. Meet minimum call metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  6. Address and overcome customer objections
  7. Coordinate with internal departments and direct sales inquiries to management
  8. Provide comprehensive daily task recaps
