Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Hertz. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with a personalized experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the management team to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and feedback.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales and operations principles.
- Rental car experience is an asset.
