We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Hertz. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the management team to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales and operations principles.
  • Rental car experience is an asset.
