About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mainsail Lodging and Development. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Train, motivate, and coach staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote our restaurants and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in a senior management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety.
