The Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor will oversee all dining and bar services, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, which is crucial for guest loyalty.

Familiarity with Micros and Yelp is preferred. A foundational understanding of wines and spirits is essential. Experience in bar management and craft cocktails is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years in a supervisory or managerial position within a fine dining establishment or hotel
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, wines, and beverages
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A Servesafe certification, or in the process of obtaining one
• A proactive approach and ownership of responsibilities
• Experience in training and mentoring restaurant staff
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and an exceptional guest experience
• Supervise shift operations alongside Restaurant Managers, assisting servers and hosts during peak hours
• Foster a welcoming environment by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and incidents promptly and courteously, ensuring follow-up for satisfaction
• Maintain accurate payroll records for team members, ensuring compliance with deadlines for hours, PTO, and holidays
• Train, motivate, and guide F&B team members in alignment with hotel standards, under the supervision of the Restaurant General Manager
• Prepare team schedules based on business forecasts and payroll guidelines, submitting to management as required
• Participate in essential meetings, including departmental and managerial discussions
• Uphold standards for purchase orders, invoice management, and financial tracking in accordance with company policies
• Monitor costs through regular inventory checks to manage portion control, minimize waste, and ensure uninterrupted service
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
