Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Train and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure we are operating within budget.
- Participate in regular meetings with our management team to discuss business performance, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants, including experience with inventory management, labor control, and staff development.
