BARTENDER ROLE

As a bartender at Enzo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by skillfully crafting and serving beverages in a welcoming and efficient manner.

This position encompasses significant responsibilities, including cash handling, inventory oversight, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace that exceeds typical expectations.

  • Expertly utilize premium spirits, fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create exquisite drinks for our guests.
  • Greet patrons and take drink orders, mixing and serving beverages in accordance with our high standards.
  • Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and visually appealing for optimal service.
  • Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop mixers and garnishes.
  • Verify the age of customers purchasing alcohol to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain precise payment records.
  • Keep the work area tidy and organized, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and perform general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of two years of bartending experience is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine varieties.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • A working email address for communication with management is required.
