About the Role

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our Long Term Care team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.

As a successful Associate Account Manager, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships. You will possess a strong understanding of the long term care industry and be able to analyze trends and apply knowledge in customer interactions to deliver value.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in Long Term Care or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
  • Demonstrate business acumen through analysis to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance to ensure compliance with the goal of driving incremental psychiatry product sales.
  • Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
  • Proactively engage collaboratively with field representatives and sales leadership.
