Your primary goal will be to consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while providing real-time support to pharmacies and educating prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes. You will also be responsible for entering customer data and other relevant information into our documentation tool, assisting members with pharmacy benefit inquiries, and adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness. To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3 to 5 years of recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExC). If you are a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
