Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly and annual closing processes, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Implement and uphold accounting policies and best practices to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and CPA firms for annual reviews and audits.
  • Manage the preparation and filing of payroll tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate annual insurance renewals and compliance audits.
  • Support the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Experience in operational finance is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Understanding of intercompany transactions is a plus.
