Job Responsibilities:
Are you the right fit?
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Key Duties:
  • Implement predictive maintenance strategies across manufacturing operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and reliability, ensuring excellence in current and future manufacturing systems
  • Act as a crucial resource for automation growth and integration with enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability, utilizing preventive and predictive maintenance tools and analyzing equipment failures
  • Assess existing manufacturing systems and execute actions to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Plan and coordinate events for projects and significant preventive maintenance activities
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to address root cause issues
  • Develop and maintain maintenance documentation such as FMEA, Control Plans, and standardized downtime reports
  • Create documentation including Standard PM and PdM Plans
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance plans in conjunction with production and maintenance planning
  • Minimize risks of disruptions due to system malfunctions
  • Identify potential downtime issues through testing and FMEA; develop and implement solutions
  • Recognize potential energy savings through cost and feasibility analyses

Oversight Responsibilities Include:
  • Thermography
  • Structural NDE (VT, MT, UT)
  • Vibration analysis and motor alignment
  • Ultrasonic leak detection
  • Oil analysis
  • Hydraulic circuits and troubleshooting
  • Support equipment OEE targets
