Forward March Inc. is partnering with a leading company in Aerostructures to seek a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and improve manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures, such as reducing waste, improving workflow, and increasing automation.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability and production efficiency are considered in product design.
  • Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to establish production standards and identify bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions and successful new product launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer preferably in Aerostructures.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Must be able to travel internationally.
