Job Title: Small Cell Real Estate Specialist

Join The Judge Group as a Small Cell Real Estate Specialist and play a crucial role in supporting our SoCal Small Cell team in acquiring C-Band and mmW sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the site acquisition process from search area to Real Estate Complete milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the SoCal Small Cell team in acquiring C-Band and mmW sites.
  • Interface with Regulatory team members, RE specialists, PM's, and vendors to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Proactively interface and drive behavior from external and internal teams involved in the real estate process.
  • Hold vendors accountable for date forecasts and deliverables.
  • Follow compliance requirements and State and Federal mandates for all work performed.
  • Participate in weekly deployment calls with all SAQs working on your project.
  • Utilize tools such as FUZE SPM to keep current with the latest project status notes and comments.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with FCC Small Cell Legislation, 6409, planning, zoning, real estate leases, shot clock, etc.
  • Experience with PROW and jurisdictional permitting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and leverage tools such as FUZE SPM, Excel, G-Suite, and in managing the specialists' portfolio.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good customer service skills.
  • Prior wireless carrier experience necessary.
