Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Service Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests and owners by providing exceptional service and support during their stay. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive and personalized service to guests and owners at the front desk.
- Efficiently handling room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and services, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
