Business Intelligence Engineer for Sales Compensation Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Sales Compensation Management team at Amazon. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions to support sales compensation management. This includes developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into sales performance and compensation data.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and sales compensation management. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:
