  • Close and secure clubhouse doors at closing time, maintaining the security and integrity of the property.
  • Perform office duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Neat and professional appearance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and trustworthiness, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility with schedule, with availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • General knowledge of computers and computer programs, with basic office skills, such as faxing, typing, filing, and organizational skills.
