Concierge Job Description

Richardson Properties Inc is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring a positive community atmosphere, and exceeding resident expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with requests in the clubhouse, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Monitor the clubhouse to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to facility rules and procedures.
  • Provide information about the property and its offerings, helping residents make the most of their living experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service by listening to resident requests, providing tailored solutions, and making recommendations on local features.
  • Assist with clubhouse activities, ensuring a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere.
  • Closing and securing clubhouse doors at closing time, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Perform office duties as needed, supporting the Community Director and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Neat and professional appearance, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and trustworthiness, ensuring accurate and reliable service delivery.
  • Flexibility with schedule, with availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
  • General knowledge of computers and computer programs, with basic office skills such as faxing, typing, filing, and organizational skills.
