Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Downtown Subaru of Oakland, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
  • Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provides basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department.
  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, directs callers to the appropriate department or individual, or takes a thorough message.
  • Handles all customer payment and credit transactions.
  • Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
  • Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
  • Assists with administrative duties as requested.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience is a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • A professional appearance.
