About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Butler Aerospace and Defense. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Route calls to the appropriate resources and escalate issues as needed
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Enter accurate ordering information into our company system
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with SAP Software and Call Center, a plus
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to analyze complex information and draw conclusions/recommendations
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • High degree of self-motivation to address and improve business needs
  • Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize individual time while balancing customer demands and requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SAP Software and Call Center, a plus
