Regional Sales Manager

Xcaliber International, Ltd., L.L.C. is a privately-owned manufacturer of tobacco products. We are currently in search of a Territory Manager to oversee the Philadelphia / South Jersey region.
As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with both established and prospective retail outlets, both traditional and nontraditional.
- Implementing and managing brand-enhancing marketing strategies within these accounts.
- Introducing Xcaliber products to retail locations that currently do not stock them.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and brand development objectives.
- Fostering strong relationships with store managers and owners by delivering expert insights and tailored business plans.
- Improving the visibility and availability of Xcaliber products through effective merchandising and point-of-sale advertising.
- Exemplifying company values in all business interactions.
- Preferred college degree, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills to effectively engage and educate adult tobacco consumers.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Capability to work outdoors for short durations in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- A strong passion for sales.
- Self-driven with a motivation for success.
- Basic computer skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Prior experience in the Tobacco, Beverage, Snack, or Candy sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and accountability.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive cross-functional business knowledge.
