This position involves engaging in sales activities for construction aggregates within a designated territory. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and will be responsible for promoting and selling construction materials while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales visits to customer locations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Follow up on quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and document outcomes.
- Generate and process sales orders efficiently.
- Report market conditions and customer feedback to management.
- Maintain ethical relationships with manufacturers in line with company standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with Inside Sales Associates and support staff.
- Present a professional image of the company during all interactions.
- Complete sales reports and expense documentation promptly.
- Develop and maintain a sales forecast to analyze market trends.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve profitability goals.
- Communicate relevant company policies and initiatives to customers.
- Keep the Sales Manager informed of schedules and activities.
- Perform additional duties as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with three years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Proficient in computer use and technical applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of the construction materials industry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites.
- Physical capability to lift and transport materials as needed.
