Role Overview:

The Strategic Partner Manager will oversee the daily interactions and relationships between J.D. Power, clients, and designated program partners. This role is pivotal in managing the assigned program partners within the manager's portfolio, serving as the primary liaison for clients regarding their respective partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and relationships with assigned program partners.
  • Collaborate with partners, internal teams, and clients to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Work with clients to identify and rectify program challenges.
  • Execute special projects and process enhancements as directed by management.
  • Evaluate interest from potential partners and assess their eligibility for certification.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth program integrations for certification.
  • Identify and propose partner products and services that can enhance revenue for both clients and J.D. Power.
  • Negotiate pricing with partners to optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between J.D. Power and partner legal teams to finalize Scope of Work documents.
  • Ensure compliance with certified program standards among assigned partners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in OEM or Account Management roles.
  • Experience in the digital automotive sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience in negotiating scopes of work and pricing agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and respond to urgent requests effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5% annually).
