We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing all phases of the recruitment process, including identifying and drafting job descriptions and hiring criteria, and selecting qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with department managers to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
  • Screening applications and scheduling interviews.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create and implement sourcing strategies, and proficiency with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required, with at least three years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
