R-2 Contractors, a leading construction company in Central Oregon and Arizona, is seeking a skilled Construction HR Specialist to oversee HR operations and provide support to employees.

About the Role:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards.

In this role, you will provide HR support to employees, including responding to inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records. You will also collaborate with union representatives to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.

The Requirements: include a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
