R-2 Contractors, a civil and underground construction company with a strong commitment to customer service, seeks a seasoned Civil Construction Human Resource Manager to lead its HR function.

About the Job:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results. A salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards.

In this role, you will provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and manage employee relations. You will also collaborate with union representatives to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.

The Requirements: include a master's degree in HR or a related field, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
