About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Insights Analyst to join our team at OSRAM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketing teams to define research objectives, develop project plans, and deliver timely results.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Design and execute research studies to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our market landscape, including competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Insights & Data Analytics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research insights and recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with market research methodologies, including survey design, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing and research analytics tools.
