About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the Rudloff Agency. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in helping families protect their largest asset - their ability to earn an income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help families secure their financial future
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to provide a range of mortgage protection programs, including life insurance, critical illness coverage, and disability coverage
  • Utilize a proprietary sales and marketing system to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
