Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Representative to join our team at CareNow Urgent Care. As a Patient Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in patients in a timely manner and ensure all Web Check-in procedures are followed.
  • Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions to others as needed.
  • Verify insurance timely and accurately.
  • Ensure the occupational client's preference card is followed and occupational procedures are reviewed.
  • Review all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information.
  • Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, including all forms of payment accounted for and documented.
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
  • Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
