Job Summary

The Kelberman Center seeks a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead our autism services team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality behavior analytic treatment to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and supervise the implementation of assessment and treatments based on behavioral analytic principles.
  • Provide support to individuals and their families through applied behavior analytic services, including functional behavior assessments and analyses.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
  • Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to make data-based decisions.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and intervention plans.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
  • NY License in Behavior Analysis required, or license eligible.
  • 2 Years relevant experience in a related field.
Work Environment

This position requires regular and substantial unsupervised or unrestricted physical contact with individuals receiving services. A valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation are also required.
