Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Delta-T Group, Inc. as a Behavioral Health Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assessments and working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality services to individuals diagnosed with Mental Health and Substance Abuse disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals served.
- Therapy Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and diagnostic assessments.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of individuals and monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing activities and community outreach to promote our services and build relationships with community partners.
- Electronic Medical Records: Utilize electronic medical records to document client information and track progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other clinic staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Must hold an LCSW professional license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
- Skills: Skilled in working independently, implementing time management strategies, and demonstrating positive team interactions.
- Computer Skills: Computer skills sufficient to learn and utilize electronic medical records.
- Language Skills: Bi-lingual abilities a plus.
