Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans and provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans and use methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to decrease challenging behaviors of individuals.
- Provide direct care in one-on-one and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
- Collect and maintain data on academic, social, and behavioral goals.
- Assist with educational, social, and behavioral assessments of individuals.
- Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
- Participate in activities as part of the treatment team, including meetings, trainings, and committees.
- AAS Degree in Human Services or related field; Bachelors preferred.
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of one-year experience in a program or setting supporting persons with developmental disabilities.
- Intermediate Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel).
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$22.50/hour and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
